Our Services
Virtual Staging Studio provides virtual staging for real estate and property marketing purposes. All output images are created for visualization and marketing use only. They are not used in architectural, engineering, or construction planning. We are not a licensed architectural firm, engineering firm, interior design practice, or real estate brokerage.
User Content
You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content submitted, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Commercial usage rights for all delivered output images are included with every order.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload any illegal or infringing material, misrepresent properties in contravention of laws in force, attempt to reverse-engineer our platform technology, or conduct any activity that interferes with the operation of our services.
Payments and Credits
Services are purchased through credit-based plans. Credits are non-transferable. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Staging Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim.
