At Virtual Staging Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality results on every order. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or credit replacements are available and how to request them.
Credit-Based Service
Our platform operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are applied when an order is submitted for processing. Because our team begins work shortly after submission, all purchases are considered final except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
When Refunds Are Available
We offer refunds or credit replacements in the following situations: a technical failure on our end prevents delivery within the expected timeframe; the delivered output contains a significant rendering error or is substantially inconsistent with the submitted instructions; or a duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.
Revision First
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to submit a revision request. Minor adjustments to furniture placement, style, or color can be addressed quickly through our complimentary revision process. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: you are dissatisfied with the aesthetic result, but the image was delivered correctly and in acceptable quality; the submitted source images were too low in quality for accurate staging; you changed your mind after the order was completed; credits have already been used; or the refund request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your completed images at support@virtualstagingstudio.store. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved monetary refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credit refunds will be restored to your account within 1–2 business days.
Unused Credits
If you have unused credits and have used no more than 20% of a plan, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, unused credits are non-refundable.
